Legislator Rachel Barnhart appeared on WXXI Connections to discuss the success of a Covid-19 vaccination clinic in her neighborhood. The event featured $100 gift cards for those who got vaccinated, plus food trucks, fun and heavy promotion. The formula led to many times the number of people getting vaccinated as expected. She is working to make sure the incentives can be extended, along with funding for similar events.
