Legislator Rachel Barnhart is submitting a memorializing resolution opposing a casino in Monroe County and calling for a study on the impact a casino would have on our local economy and residents.
Legislators do not vote on memorializing resolutions. Rather, they can sign the letter, which is forwarded to the state delegation and the governor.
